i just got a nanit pro camera and when I should have 1 year free sleep insight, I only have 6 months. So, what’s the problem?
just bought and installed a Nanit Pro camera with a Flex stand on a fixed wall mount.the app now says it doesnt support Insights which is in contradiction with marketing material. How can i get FULL functionality as advertised? it also constantly “buffer”.
my nanit started playing white noise very loudly today. The music note symbol that used to appear in the enlarged view is no longer showing up. I have restarted, unplugged, and fully reset my nanit camera, and it’s still playing the white noise. How do I turn this off?

My Nanit looks the same as always with the four red lights on the camera, but all of the sudden the night vision stopped working and I can’t see anything. I tried to reset several times but nothing has worked. Anyone know how to fix the issue?

i purchased the insights plan through the online shop and there is no option in the app / website to activate it using the activation code provided after purchase. I’ve seen posts in the past with this question and hoped it would have been resolved by now. Please assist.
