Hello, I’m not seeing anywhere in the app to activate my 1 years free insights subscription. I’m seeing a lot other people having this issue, which seems a bit of a bait and switch to me. Can I please have this activated on my account?
I had a free 1 year subscription which ended up last year, I didn't decide to buy subscription but now I'm thinking about having insights premium again. Just wondering if all data I had recorded during my free subscription is still there or was it removed already? Thanks
My Nanit doesn’t show any movement for the baby throughout the night but does pick up activity during naps throughout the day. In the evening, once he is put to bed there is no activity until he wakes up next morning even though I know there is motion or sound during the night.

hi, this morning my app made a very high-pitched beep like an alert. not using a breathing band and my notifications don’t show anything out of the ordinary. It does seem the babies eyes were covered by the mobile hanging in the screen for that moment. Will that set off a high-pitched beep alert? Is that a feature?
