Temperature reading missing

We unplugged our camera to move it to a different side of the room and ever since we moved it the temperature reading is gone. We have tried all the recommendations and nothing is working. We have ours mounted on the wall we do not have a flex stand and I am not buying one. Please give us other alternatives.
