hello. My usb cable went inside my nanit camera wall mount/stand and can’t seem to find a way to bring it back out. I cannot plug my camera into it

Each time the light changes in my sons room from the outside the Nanit makes a clicking noise and almost looks like it’s taking a pictures. It keeps waking my son up! Can someone help??
Nanit is not recording events despite alerting that there is one. Says “oops, we were unable to generate a clip for this event.” Another thread on here said to downgrade the firmware to 6.18 but that is not an option to our camera which is at firmware 23.1.19 again with no option to downgrade. I wish there was a way to receive notifications for sound and movement only when baby is in the crib. We have the changing table in the nursery (I assume many people do) and I'm getting useless notifications throughout the day when I am just entering and leaving the room.
