We recently upgraded our plan from the Sleep plan to the Memories plan. Our app says we can have 10 team members, but it will not let me add any more than the current 2.
I have an activation code for my Nanit plan, however I am unable to get past the activation because of an error.
The unit is brand new, but we were never prompt to the free 6 month trial while activating it. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks in advance!
I just paired a new camera but did not receive the free insight plan. It keeps asking me to pay to subscribe. I wonder if anyone can help instruct how I can enroll the free 6 month plan.
My camera lost connection on the floor stand overnight. I tried to reset a few times and ended up having to move it to the flex stand and it’s working fine. I tried to move it back to the floor stand a couple of times but it’s still not working.

Hello - I am trying to use the audio feature of the camera and it has never worked. I have tried a few times over the last several months and it always does the same thing, when I click the microphone icon it says "Connecting.." then after a few seconds it just says "connection failed. my wifi button is stuck and will not pop out to press to connect
my camera has fallen off of the flex stand many times and won’t securely attach to flex stand and now has fell on my baby I’m not happy at all considering the money spent on this baby monitor is there anyway to resolve this issue?
