Nanit camera temp/humidity inconsistency
I have two cameras in the same room, (small baby room) the newest camera purchased this year, and the older camera purchased in 2020 have wild temperature and humidity readings. I have an insights premium subscription through Sept 28, 2023 and my app shows insights basic and won’t allow me to access any of the premium functionalities. I’ve already logged out and unplugged the camera several times.

I’ve moved the kids to their own room and now one of the cameras infrared does not work almost at all. I can hardly see one twin in the crib and the other I see perfect. I’ve updated and restarted the camera. Has this happened to anyone and were they able to fix it!

I just traveled and I was able to connect my Nanit to the Wi-Fi at our rental. Nanit outage (Jun 20-21)?
is anyone else experiencing problems logging in? The app keeps telling me server error and it won’t show video or let me adjust anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I’m at a loss.

Insights has been super spotty and now not working at all on both of my cameras
I’m very unhappy with the functioning of insights. If paying for a subscription I should get the features promised.
