the microphone / 2 way audio has never worked on my account

Hello - I am trying to use the audio feature of the camera and it has never worked. I have tried a few times over the last several months and it always does the same thing, when I click the microphone icon it says "Connecting.." then after a few seconds it just says "connection failed. Try again"
