Hey Nanit community and support, perhaps you can help me out. I am a fan of the product as a whole but I’m puzzled/frustrated with a few items, and hope I’m just misinformed…

  1. Why does a product intended to sit over a crib have 4 glowing red lights aiming down at the child in a pitch black room? I understand IR sensors, night vision, etc. Our LO never had trouble going back to bed after early morning wakes. Now she stares at the red lights and refuses to go back to bed. Our
