I have been hung up on 3 times after waiting on hold for a very long time! Do we ever get to actually talk with someone after purchasing and getting dooped by this insanely expensive system that half the stuff is worthless!!? Sorry a bit frustrated. Can’t wait for a response
It worked for a couple of months and now all of a sudden the camera will not connect. I have had our WiFi checked and I’ve tried reconnecting tons of times. I have even had it switched to 2.4 ghz, still no luck. I need this camera to work now.

I have tried to email 3 times help@nanit.com and have called +1-866-696-2648 daily since November 20 and have gotten no response. What is the best way to contact customer service? I need to delete a profile on my account and no longer want a subscription tied to that profile.
