hello, I just got this camera and I was wondering if I can upgrade my subscription before the free period is over or do I need to wait until it’s over?
I have been hung up on 3 times after waiting on hold for a very long time! Do we ever get to actually talk with someone after purchasing and getting dooped by this insanely expensive system that half the stuff is worthless!!? Sorry a bit frustrated. Can’t wait for a response
It worked for a couple of months and now all of a sudden the camera will not connect. I have had our WiFi checked and I’ve tried reconnecting tons of times. I have even had it switched to 2.4 ghz, still no luck. I need this camera to work now.
Google home integration happened a few months ago (which is awesome!) however, it seems that the video feed only works on the nest hub. hello, can you please help me and see if I was being hacked? around 6:45pm EST, my son came into my room and told me that he heard birds chirping and it scared him. When I went into the room, there was no sound. is there a way you can check the logs of maybe someone doing that?
I have tried to email 3 times help@nanit.com and have called +1-866-696-2648 daily since November 20 and have gotten no response. What is the best way to contact customer service? I need to delete a profile on my account and no longer want a subscription tied to that profile.

My daughter take meds 6 times a day. I would love if you made a medicine feature on the activity tracker. I track all her bottles and bathroom but this would be so so helpful for me to track her medicine as well.
