We have the Nanit floor stand. It was unplugged and someone stepped on the plug and cable/usb area broke. Is there anything we can do to repair it as it no longer plugs in or works? Thank you!
I just unboxed my new Nanit Pro and the camera won’t turn on. Tried different outlets and also attaching directly to a different USB cable and it won’t turn on…completely dead.
When I pull up the Nanit app on my phone, I hear rain noises play, even though all ‘Nature Sounds’ are turned off on the app. The nursery itself is silent (no other white noise machines in the nursery). My partner is experiencing the same issue on his phone. Any advice on how to resolve?
How can I purchase the insights sleep plan? It is advertised on the website, listed at $50/year, but I cannot find anywhere on the website or the app to purchase it. Everything goes to the more expensive Memories or Milestones plan. I purchased breathing wear but now I can’t use it.
My Nanit doesn’t show any movement for the baby throughout the night but does pick up activity during naps throughout the day. In the evening, once he is put to bed there is no activity until he wakes up next morning even though I know there is motion or sound during the night.
We love our Nanit and rely heavily on it. Today the insights tab stopped working for both my husband and me. Nothing has changed — same network and everything. But nothing today was recorded or tracked. Thanks!
Hi - the wifi button on our Nanit is wedged in. We’re not able to use our Nanit as a result because we can’t connect to wifi I’ve seen many others have had this issue in the chat forum. Please help
We moved between baby #1 & baby #2 we are currently trying to use our wall mount but have misplaced the wall mount bracket/level. Is it possible to have that replaced?
My Nanit reset button is stuck, my Nanit just suddenly stopped working. I’m being told I have to replace the head when the camera is just right at 2 years old. I’m seeing others with this same issue which leads me to believe you guys are trying to rip off customers. This is obviously a known defect.
it would be nice to be able to schedule the camera on/off setting for specific days and times. For example, we want to turn it off in the morning when we leave for daycare and then back on in the evening prior to normal bedtime. I would assume reminder notifications that it’s turning on and off at scheduled times would…
