The hard reset does’nt work. My baby just born 6 days ago. Please help me!!
Nanit is not showing me how long the baby slept for and when he was attended or taken out of bed. Is this feature now under subscription?
It Has been going on for awhile. Nanit just stop having the room temperature and Moisture %. I have unplugged. Re-download the app and no luck. Can anyone help? I loved having this Feature so I can adjust to my child’s room

my camera will not lock into the stand that I purchased separately. It dits Into the wall mount that came with the camera but not the stand. Is my camera faulty or do I need to purchase a new travel stand?

Last night was the first time we used the sleep analysis feature of the app. It recorded our babies night time sleep between 8:28 pm - 11:31 pm as a nap. She woke up to take a bottle around 11:31 pm and was put back to bed around 12:30 am. It counted only her sleep 12:30 am onwards as night time sleep. How do I change…
