Night Vision is not working at all

The night Vision on my Nanit is not working at all, I tried everything but still not working. (Cleaning, night Vision off and then on again, restart, reset, delete app and then install again). Is there any other way how to fix it ? Nanit is great, we love it but we are not able to use it during the
