You also have the option to open a ticket with the Nanit Support Team by completing the contact us form, emailing to help@nanit.com or dialing 1-866-696-2648. The support team is available from 11 AM-6 PM EST on weekdays (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays).

iOS 15 Support Update

At Nanit, we are constantly seeking to improve the safety, security, and user experience of our app so that you can continue to keep an eye on your little ones. 

In support of this goal, on December 31st 2023, we plan to discontinue support for iOS 15 and iPadOS 15. We understand that this may come as an inconvenience, but these updates are necessary to allow us to continue to improve Nanit and keep your baby monitor and sound + light devices running reliably and securely.
