Nanit won’t power on

nanit was working fine then the breathing register stopped working and now the camera is off and won’t turn on. Tried taking it off and putting it back, wifi is fine, tried the travel stand, tried a different power source and nothing has worked. None of the lights on the camera will turn on at all
