Oops we’re unable to generate a clip for this event - this started happening, before it used to work. Now this happens for all events making the device pretty much useless. Very disappointing product.
how come the past couple days I can’t access past videos. It says I need to purchase an insight plan which I’ve never had to do before
We have a nanit pro with floor stand. When the monitor is plugged in, it constantly plays a static sound from it's speaker, and has an something skin to a tic every second. I have tried disabling all sounds but it happens anytime the camera is enabled.

I'm on my 3rd kid using a Nanit. I actually got a second Nanit when we had our second kid. With the first 2 I didn't have to worry about getting those nice popups that they were 'x' months old as the cameras were connected to each kid. Of course being the stereotypical 3rd kid, I forgot they didn't have connected profile…
The past 2 nights my app has alerted me of sounds every hour or so overnight but when I replay the video, there's no sound. Sensitivity is on the lower end... why is this happening? Our camera has also disconnected twice in the last 4 days and we've had to unplug and plug back in... not sure if they are related.

hello, my video history isn’t updating. I like to go back to see the history but for example, it’s 10 am and the last video history shown is from 6 am. Usually it’s just a few minutes behind, not a few hours.
It would be helpful to have the option to rotate the camera view within the app, including in the pop up view. It would also be helpful to persist the zoom in the pop up view.
