Hi - I’ve tried everything to get our nanit white noise and sounds to work, no luck. Restarted camera, reinstalled app, etc. any solutions I’m not seeing? On vacation and this is. Much needed.

My night vision isn’t working on the Nanit- I’ve done two hard resets and still not working properly. I’ve filed a ticket already and hoping for a solution ASAP. This is extremely frustrating when you can’t see you baby on the monitor at all. It’s pitch black on the screen. Anyone know what to do to fix this?

For last few days I have no sound coming out of my Nanit camera on my iPad or my phone and not getting any sound notifications. I tried resetting the monitor itself by unplugging and tried logging out of app and back in. Still n nothing any other suggestions

I have had my first Nanit for a year and a half roughly- I recently got a second one. The white noise volume on my original Nanit has significantly decreased (it’s on max volume and I can barely hear it). My second Nanit is about 5x the volume. Hi all, All of a sudden my Nanit camera seemed to stop working. The IR lights are stuck on. I can't even reset or disconnect my camera from the app. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and power cycled the camera, and still the same thing. Is there a solution to this? Thanks.
Hi, since the latest App update when I minimise the application to use my phone the background audio does not come through. Background audio is only available now when the app remains open! Can you please advise on how to fix this? Thanks
