Audio cuts out & doesn’t come back until I reopen app

Over the past couple of nights, the audio randomly stops coming through on my app. I leave the app open so I can check in on my baby whenever I wake up & the audio is not there even though I’ve got the volume on high & the app was never closed.

This is the second night in a row this has happened. We’ve heard the baby crying from across our home rather than hearing the audio over the app.
