This is the 2nd time we’ve updated the camera and it won’t turn back on! I’ve tried hard reset, unplugging for a minute, checking the power, etc. I know it has to shut down after the update but it never seems to turn back on. Luckily the last time I go it to turn on, but not this time

I’m very frustrated because we got a new WiFi router and when I went to try to reset the nanit camera I noticed the reset button is stuck . I need a replacement!
