Hi, I have an extra account on my Nanit and need to delete the Ace 2 camera option. This should be something easily performed in the app. Opening a ticket to modify my own account is a bit much. thanks for your help.

I disconnected my camera from the floor stand so that I could use the flex stand at my parents’. We plugged it back in to the floor stand when we got back home and it will not turn on (flex stand still does work though). Why is this happening?
