Hi Nanit support team, for some reason my baby's 8 month milestone photo is not appearing. She turned 8 months last week, I tried forcing shutting down, also all devices in the house, everything! Can someone please resolve this for me. Really bugs me as I add a lovely photo each month
my nanit is reading 75 degrees. I was just in the room and there is no way it’s that hot. I have a desktop thermometer which is reading 72 and a flair puck reading 71. My heat is currently set to 68. Why is my nanit so off??
Hi there! I purchased my Nanit stand a little over a year and a half ago and my son wiggled the stand and it broke at the base. It seems like this is a pretty common problem with a lot of the tripod stands and I’m concerned about the integrity around small children if it breaks this easily. Can something be done about this?

the nanit all of a sudden is playing white noise out of nowhere. how do i turn it off? i searched the forum and the capability seems to be missing from my setting?
I have disabled video history in the settings for my Nanit camera, so why is the camera still recording and saving footage in the video history?
