Hi - our wifi button is stuck. Proof of purchase and two photos of the stuck hardware attached.
All of a sudden the max volume for the white noise feature is super quiet. We can barely hear it. Is anyone else experiencing this? We turned it up always to make sure she didn’t hear us in the night but all of a sudden the sounds aren’t even close to the volume they used to be
I’m unable to log back in to Nanit app after I purchased additional subscription. I’ve tried removing an app and connecting to different Wi-Fi and restarting my 1gig router but I still have an issue.
I use the Nanit Pro with the floor stand and it’s too high for the Snoo bassinet. 50% of the screen is not the baby and in order to see her I have to pinch zoom each time. It would be great to be able to permanently set a zoom in the settings that shows up on the split screen and regular views

If I turn on background audio and then the camera is disconnected, the video feed goes away and along with it the live screen control menu, including the audio button. Now the app is running in the background with a persistent notification about background audio, but I have no way to switch it to muted or in-app-only…
I tried all the things and the camera can not detect/has not sound
very aggravated as this is a BRAND NEW nanit and works immediately with the flex stand but will NOT turn on with the floor stand. We’ve tried different outlets, unplugging and plugging back up, etc. nothing works
