My wife and I liked our first nanit pro so much when our three-year-old daughter was born that we got a new one for our 4 month-old baby and everything was going great as usual until yesterday, when the split screen function in her iphone stopped working - it only shows one camera at a time, even though it still works fine…
hi, my temp and humidity don’t work most of the time. Any ideas why?
I reset my camera and deleted the app then downloaded the app again but it is still not working. It is showing my son's crib but it's pitch black and I can't see him.

My nanit took 2 photos early this morning without me asking it to. I know 100% I didn’t ask it to because I am in the photos, my phone is also visible and I am clearly not touching it. How did this happen?
