Hi, my Nanit is showing times that are off by about an hour. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting other posters have mentioned (unplugging, restarting, etc) and it consistently shows the wrong times in the activity feed. I received a free year of insights with my first nanit. It’s bad enough that we have to pay two different subscriptions once we have a second child, but why is this new one only 6 months of insights trial? I haven’t unpacked it yet and seriously considering returning as this is an absurd display of customer loyalty.
