My Nanit pro night vision mode is not working. I've tried resetting the camera and reconnecting to my wifi. The mode sometimes turns on automatically, but even when it does, it's not nearly bright enough to see, or even track the Nanit sleepwear. Do I have a faulty device, or is the night mode just that awful?
After my daughter’s nap I turned off the camera. Later on it some how turned back on itself and captured a motion. Nothing out of the ordinary was captured. But is it normal for the camera to turn back on itself, if it’s been off for hours?

Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. Camera does not turn on… I have 3 cameras one of which worked for about a month and then would not turn on. I submitted a support request but never got a confirmation or heard back from anyone.
