Activating memories insight plan while on sleep plan

hello! I was given an activation code however, when I click the link in the email and enter the activation code, it just keeps loading. I’ll attach the screen.

Yes, I updated my app and I am the owner of the account. I currently have the “sleep” plan but bought the memories plan during the Black Friday sale. if it will not let me update by December 2nd, it’ll charge me $100 for the sleep plan again!! Please help!!
