Sound not working
Our Nanit pro sound isn’t working. I double checked sound settings, reset the camera and tried on different devices (iPad, phone, etc.) we’ve had this for a year and this is the first time we’ve had an issue with it.

Camera disconnects when the lights turn off in the room
Camera works when the lights are on but as soon as we turn the lights off in the room the camera begins audibly clicking off and on and says it is disconnected. It then prompts us to troubleshoot our connection issues in the app. We have updated and reset the camera, app, phones, internet, etc… and the problem persists.…

more often than not I am unable to control the white noise in the app and have to turn the Nanit off at the plug ( sometimes more than once ) to get control back in the app. How can I resolve this?

Since the update my sound is no longer working

Nanit is sending sound notifications but no sounds??
The past 2 nights my app has alerted me of sounds every hour or so overnight but when I replay the video, there's no sound. Sensitivity is on the lower end... why is this happening? Our camera has also disconnected twice in the last 4 days and we've had to unplug and plug back in... not sure if they are related.

We have been going on days now where our camera is not working at all. We finally got it to show up today after numerous resets of the router, the nanit itself, etc, but it worked for about 20 minutes. We love the nanit but have had so many issues with it not working. My app appears to be randomly making the photo noise without any human interaction in the middle of the night. Very disturbing.
