I just updated to the 6.44.592 version and ever since I have had issues with my camera connecting and disconnecting. We have tried unplugging the camera, and our wifi, reconnecting and disconnecting the camera from the wall mount, like literally everything. Please help
I love having the care log feature in the app so i can document her naps outside of her crib! nanit pro connected to iPhone on latest iOS version. Updated app and forced onto individual band width settings but the audio (both on and bsckgriund) constantly cuts in and out and / or changes frequency. It’s making it very difficult to sleep next to!
Our camera clicks on and off all night when in auto mode. It wakes up our kids in the room and also us parents while we are monitoring during the night. I turned off the auto mode. Which seems to help, but given this is a camera feature for this very expensive camera I would like some help in fixing this issue.
