Our camera keeps disconnecting when we go to open the app, both for myself and my husband. We have to take the camera off the stand and plug it back in again which is really annoying when you’ve just put down your baby for a sleep. Please can this be looked into?
Our Nanit has no problem sending a notification when my husband or I are picking baby up/putting her in the crib. However, it does not detect any of her movements while she is sleeping. I adjusted the sensitivity (max sensitivity) & crib positioning without any luck. How can this be fixed?

I’ve tried different outlets (that are operational for other devices). And reconnecting the USB/stand components. But still no charging light or other indication that the camera is connected to power.
Just set up my Nanit pro Camera with floor stand and it will not power on. Straight out of the box. What's the fix for this? Tried several adapters and outlets. No power whatsoever.
