App Features Unavailable Suddenly - Malfunction
Some of the features are suddenly not available on my app. I am not able to access the event list/video history, all settings. And I’m not getting the message “child woke up 25 mins ago”, etc. My husband’s app is working correctly and as normal. Yes, I have restarted my app and phone. Please help!!!

Night Vision Quit Working
Has anyone had an issue with the night vision on the nanit plus? If there is light in the room, the camera still works. The red IR lights come on when it's dark, but the video feed is dark and blurry. Haven't had an issue for the 3 months we've been using the camera and this happened tonight.

Why does Nanit customer service suck so bad?

how do I change the “bedtime” on the nanit app? & Why is the temperature and humidity rarely being displayed? I read online the connection between camera & stand wasn’t good and was causing that so I reconnected it and it was good for about 4 days now it’s back to not registering.

Temperature not reading
