Recently, when trying to use the 2-way microphone option on our phones that are connected to our WiFi, we are receiving an error message saying "Connection failed. Try again". Once we log off the Wifi, force close and reopen the app, it seems to be working.

It seems that once I updated my Nanit app the sound hs stopped working. I’ve power cycled my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted internet.
After doing the camera update a couple of days ago my camera has now taken a picture without my permission and i most certainly didn't take this picture. Can someone please look into this? Thanks
My nanit took 2 photos early this morning without me asking it to. I know 100% I didn’t ask it to because I am in the photos, my phone is also visible and I am clearly not touching it. How did this happen?
hi all! I went on the Nanit app today and it told me to update the app/camera, and when I did, the camera still connected but the live stream video is not working at all. Any idea how I can fix this?
Hi Team, My audio has been cutting in and out on my original nanit, as soon as I added a new device about 2 years ago. I thought I just had to deal with it, but it has been. more pronounced the past 6 months and driving me crazy :). Are there any options to fix this?
on the main app screen, when my baby is sleeping it says, "Hi XX, I have been asleep for X hours and Y minutes". But the time it gives is off by 15-30 minutes. I've tried turning off the nanit for 10 minutes, restarting the app, signing out and back in, and even deleting the app and redownloading it. But nothing fixes it.…
