Teething and sick and bed time trouble

So my son has been sick since 1mo old. Lately hes been having 105 fevers (mostly 102-103.6) ped cant find anything other than most likely viral. Hes also got 3 teeth coming in so on top of head hot/fevers and mouth face pain, congestion, bed has been terrible. Any ideas/thoughts. We've been having to being him to bed to get
