Hello, we just bought Nanit Pro camera on recommendation with the breathing band for our newborn. She is only few days old and since we use Nanit there were multiple red alerts, 2 to 3 the first time and again this night. I reported this one. I am thinking about keeping it or not, I am getting anxious and this is just the…
4-5 months ago I was getting red alerts every night for a week straight and you guys downgraded my firmware. Then I didn’t get one until this week where I’ve gotten my second one in two nights. Can you please send the app the previous firmware so I can downgrade and my baby and I can stop getting woken up in the middle of…
our Nanit showed a disconnect at 3:17 AM and then ultimately alarmed at 3:32 AM. We are positive this was a false alarm. Our baby immediately jumped when the alarm went off and then began crying when I picked her up. How long does it take Nanit to review this after you submit the false alarm claim?
I’ve had multiple red alerts with week, two tonight alone within 12 minutes. I can’t go back to bed because I’m worrying my child might have breathing problems, please help me. I can’t attach a video as I can’t afford insights but I’m so worried about my child, she really wants to sleep through the night but we keep waking…
If you had a false red alert & reported it, how long does it take for the support team to get back to you after investigating??? Ive had 2 red alerts two nights in a row and i dont know if my baby is having breathing issues or its completely false. Im scared

My 21 month toddler just had a red alert go off tonight. This is the second time it’s ever gone off (the first time was in September.) I thought we maybe got a false alarm back in September, but after a repeat tonight, I’m not so sure. How can I find out for sure if it was real so we can decide whether or not to pursue…
Is there a reason for not having an older than 24 month breathing band? Our child is now 2 years old but it would be great to keep monitoring while she is still in a crib.
Trying to connect to breathing motion and it’s stuck on connecting 1/3. I tried unplugging the Nanit and plugging it back in. Tried unplugging my router and plugging it back in and tried closing the app and reopening and nothing is working
Scary stuff. For the last 3 nights in a row my Nanit “red alert” alarm has been going off between the hours of 3 am-4 am. Baby seems fine, just in a very deep sleep. It’s the scariest feeling and even worse that it’s now happened 3 nights in a row. Any advice? What should I do? Baby is almost 4 months and we’ve never had…
