I almost jumped out of my skin when the Red Alert alarm went off on my phone in the middle of the night! Thankfully, baby was ok but can we please get any more info on why it was triggered? our Nanit showed a disconnect at 3:17 AM and then ultimately alarmed at 3:32 AM. We are positive this was a false alarm. Our baby immediately jumped when the alarm went off and then began crying when I picked her up. How long does it take Nanit to review this after you submit the false alarm claim?
