We have recieved 3 red alerts since using Nanit and it the worst sound to hear. I did not report the first one as i didnt know that was a thing until recently. I am unsure if the alerts are valid or not and i have no way to tell. I started doing research on here to see. We have received 2 alerts 1 last saturday and 1 today…
I need to make a return but no one responded to my email sent to help@nanit.come after a whole week. Nobody is picking up the phone either. What's going on?
Hi, my baby girl will be 13 months on 16th, and we have had 2 false alarms in 25 hrs. First one on 04/10 at 5:30 am and today (4/11) at 6:14am. Our nanit camera had an update and not sure if that’s why we’re having them, but they are scarier than hell… in todays red alert video, she’s clearly moving around right before the…
Our almost 7 month old sleeps great at night, but I’ve noticed over the last few months her breaths per minute have gotten pretty low. She’s down to 18 breaths per minute regularly throughout the night, and I’ve even seen it at 17 BPM. According to Nanit’s chart, 19 BPM is the low end for a 1.5-2 year old, with her age…
Did you hear about our new feature? No more need to…
Hello, i had a quick question, we have a grandparent helping us, but when they go home, is there a way to stop them from getting red alerts? We had a false alarm yesterday and I hate if it woke them up without them being here. thank you!
My baby is 4 months and we have been big fans of the Nanit product. We’ve used every day since he came home from the hospital. Tonight a red alert went off and I legit think my soul left my body. I’ve never been more terrified. I ran over to him and he was breathing fine (thank god). Are false alarms a normal thing?? This…
I had my second red alert in 2 months and this time when I try to turn the breathing monitor back on to measure his breathing it just says connecting. I’ve deleted the app and re installed it. Restarted the internet. I’ve restarted the camera, took baby out of crib again to see if it said breathing session ended no baby…
My app has been ‘connecting’ for over an hours after the update. Unfortunately it’s the middle of the night so I cannot go in and take it off the mount without waking up my son. Is this common with the latest update?
The breathing monitoring "times out" when the baby has been out of the crib for a certain amount of time. The problem is, is because we're trying to put baby back to sleep. Then the monitoring stops and the notification sound goes on the camera and our phones. I want to be able to turn the sound off and I have looked…
