Camera can’t find baby

I opened a help ticket about this on Monday, but no word and now it’s Thursday.

My camera loses my baby during the night. I’ll wake up and the app is on a loop between “measuring…”, “searching for…”, and “tap to restart monitoring”. Since it momentarily finds my baby, monitoring never stops long enough for me to get an alert. Yet it doesn’t continue long enough to get a breath count. And
