False Red Alerts

We have been using the Nanit Pro + Breathing Motion Monitoring with our 4 week old for a couple of weeks now without incident. Today, however, we started receiving false red alerts. No fewer than 3 over the past 16 hours. They have understandably caused us an extreme amount of anxiety.

We have been unable to identify any changes on our end that might have caused the monitoring to cease to function correctly. Was there perhaps a firmware update? Does the monitoring work reliably tor newborns? We have seen other posts in these forums suggesting that it may not.
