Red alert notification

Hi. I’ve had a second red alert this evening, thankfully baby is fine, but I didn’t get a notification come through on my phone. I get noise and temp notifications even when the app isn’t on so can you help me ensure I get the red alert notification please? I don’t have it on in the background but they come
