What do people use for a display?
I have been solely using my iPhone or iPad for the last year and a half during the evening. I use it on night mode and display brightness is all the way down. I’ve nearly burnt out my iPad display and my phone feels like it’s starting to overheat. This can’t be sustainable… However, since this is app based, I’m not sure…

Does anyone else have an issue with battery drain?
I've seen a number of discussions about connectivity issues, but does anyone else have a problem with the app draining your battery? I've noticed that while I'm using the app, my battery just dumps. My sister has an app based monitor, (not Nanit) and she doesn't seem to have this issue or the connectivity issues either.…

How do I know when baby cries?
Brand new Nanit Pro owner- first time using a monitor with an app.. how do I hear baby in the night? Do I leave the app open? That seems silly…

App icon
Can we remove the Santa hat icon from Nanit? I was disappointed to see this forced upon us for the holiday season - many people do not celebrate Christmas and forcing your app to include the Santa hat seemed a bit too much. At least the option to remove would have been nice. Since it’s now after holidays, can you please…

Multi screen on iPad
I could have sworn that when multi screen came out I could see four cameras on one iPad screen, but now I can’t seem to get these views. Can you please make this a feature or instruct me on how to do it? I have a lot of kids and it’s important to see all four one on screen.

App randomly connecting microphone and taking photos?
My app appears to be randomly making the photo noise without any human interaction in the middle of the night. Very disturbing. (FYI It is not the switching from night to daylight, that is a different sound) It is also attempting to connect the microphone every now and then by itself popping up with the ‘hold to speak’…

App being silenced by critical alerts from another app
I have been having major issues because another app that I need to use for blood sugar management (called Dexcom) is now forcing critical alerts (the app does not function if you turn these off) and every time there’s an alert it pauses the Nanit app sound until the alert is acknowledged. Anyone know a way around this? I…

Length of Sleep
Hello, The app up until today will show how long the baby has been asleep. For example: 1 hour and 29 Minutes he has been asleep, or 3 hours and 10 minutes he has been asleep. Now it is only saying "Good Evening, Dad". Is it because I am using the "Free Plan" ? Thank You

App so slow and unreliable
I adore my Nanit and the technology behind it, but I’m so fed up with how slow and unreliable the app can be. Once again this morning I’ve woken up to the background sound from the app not working on my phone, meaning I wouldn’t have known if my baby needed me in the night. This is surely the most important function of a…

My Nanit "Activity" tab is different then my wifes
Kind of confused by this. Despite being on the same plan and having the exact same phone (and probably the same app version), our "activity" tab in the Nanit app looks completely different. Any ideas? This is mine. This is my wife's. Any idea how to change this? My wife's used to look like mine and she would really like it…

Algorithm made a mistake 😆
So, the algorithm thinks this empty twisted sleep sack and my daughter's small plushie is her 😂🤣😂 and it thinks she's been in bed for over 4 hours. Also somehow she had a wakeup? Even tho that sleep sack and plushie haven't moved? (It was probably a natural lighting change 😆) anyway, I reported it as a wrong event, took a…

Nanit not supporting older IOS
Can I ask how people watch their baby while they’re asleep without a monitor? We have been using an iPad but it’s an older model and Nanit have just announced they will stop supporting that IOS. Meaning we will need to buy another iPad to be able to do the same (I swear Nanit has cost me so much money and yet the app…
