Nanit Pro feels hot to touch
Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. When I unclipped from the wall mount, both the camera and the back of the camera that has the connections on it felt very hot. is this normal? Should I be worried? thanks

Why do we have no camera feed?
Our internet runs at around 400mbps and the Nanit Pro camera is around 4 metres from the router. For around 6 weeks, it worked well, and there was only temporary downtime for the camera. Over the last week, the camera has kept cutting out. We have followed all the troubleshooting guidance: unplugged the camera, switched…

TravelSupport
the camera is attaching loosely to the stand and no longer turning on. Super frustrating since I’m traveling and don’t have access to a new stand. Tried connecting to another mini usb but apparently doesn’t work. I really needed the camera for my trip. Any chance there is a way to make it work ?
