Nanit on Flex stand issue - attaching loosely
Hi, just wanted to check with you. We recently got Nanit baby monitor set and when i Attach it yo flex stand it only attaches to it very losely i.e if you tilt it forward by more than 45 degrees it just falls off. Is this correct or did we receive faulty unit? Thank you? Also are the attachemtbs same on Floor Stand.

Broken Nanit camera.
our Nanit broke while we were on vacation. As I was posting it, it fell off its stand onto tiled floor. It looks fine from outside, but I can hear something bouncing around inside. Is there a repair option Nanit offers?

Nanit Pro Square Base - wont turn on
Just set up my Nanit pro Camera with floor stand and it will not power on. Straight out of the box. What's the fix for this? Tried several adapters and outlets. No power whatsoever.

Pro camera with floor stand, camera not tight to stand

Floor stand with Square Base - Downward adjustment
I'm wondering, and can't quite find, if the newer floor stand is designed to flex the camera downward. It moves freely up after loosening the adjustment screw, but stops when in line. I would like to have it angled slightly downward, but not sure if it can. I see documents showing up and down, but it might be for the old…

Wifi button stuck / won’t click
Any touble shooting tips? Is there an easy way to open up the camera to fix it? Have tried keyboard cleaner air spray but hasn’t worked yet!

Broken Nanit Plus camera
While on vacation, I accidentally dropped one of our two Nanit Plus cameras on a tile floor and it no longer works. Do you have a replacement program for current owners? It was clearly my fault but I thought I would ask before buying another camera a full price. Thanks, Collie

Nanit Wobbly in Base
Does anyone have issues with the Nanit in the base? It’s so wobbly and unstable. If I move it, it will fall off! I cannot get to feel secure. I can’t get the temperature or humidity to show anymore either. Any insight?

My camera fell and the back part fell off. I can’t seem to close it back up all the way.

No power to unit
I tried the camera with multiple bases and even a usb-c just to see if I could get any power. It’s dead. Nanit Pro only 6 months old. How do I get a replacement?
