Can older stands be used with the new camera?
I bought a camera back in 2020 and both the multi stand and floor stand. We have a second baby on the way and want to buy a second camera to monitor both children. Will my 2020 floor stand and multi stand work with the new camera? And can I purchase just a camera, without a new stand?

Broken Nanit camera.
our Nanit broke while we were on vacation. As I was posting it, it fell off its stand onto tiled floor. It looks fine from outside, but I can hear something bouncing around inside. Is there a repair option Nanit offers?

Nanit Wobbly in Base
Does anyone have issues with the Nanit in the base? It’s so wobbly and unstable. If I move it, it will fall off! I cannot get to feel secure. I can’t get the temperature or humidity to show anymore either. Any insight?

WiFi button stuck & no power
Nanit will not power when plugged in and WiFi button stuck cannot press in. This thing is less then 2 year old, what a pos for the price.

Multi-Stand Travel Mount Plug Requirements?
I can’t seem to find the answer so hopefully someone can help me on here. If I purchase a multi-stand travel mount, does that mean I need to unmount and unplug my Nanit Pro monitor off the wall to use the cord to plug it in for the travel mount to work? Hi all, if I buy the flex stand but I already have the floor standing camera, can I take the camera off and attach to the flex stand or would I have to buy a whole new camera and stand?

Nanit Pro Wifi burton stuck
Hi - I have a relatively new camera (purchased May 2021) - Nanit Pro - and the Wi-Fi button is stuck so can’t pair. Already reset Nanit camera and uninstalled and reinstalled the app per customer support. But still not working. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
