I dropped my Nanit camera and In need of replacement camera. Do we have to pay full price?

I Dropped my Nanit camera and we just moved into a new place. As we were trying to set it up my husband noticed that the wifi button no longer clicks and if you shake the camera you hear rattling. Is there a way to get a replacement camera at a discounted price since we have been members since 2021?
