Background Audio Turns Off
I have my background audio enabled and turn it on before going to sleep. The last few nights my background audio has turned off at some point. I have tried unplugging the camera and resetting my phone and none of it is helping. Please advise.

My background audio keeps cutting in and out
Hi - for the past month when I set the app to "background audio" once I am out of the app the audio skips in and out. I can hear my white noise machine and then it gets choppy. Seems to be a common issue for a lot of people. And yes I have power cycled many times. please help

Audio Cuts Out....
....when I minimize the app now and I don't understand why. It was working just fine up until recently. It does this now for both me and my husband. Anyone have any idea why this happens?

Background audio not working
The camera updated a few days ago. Since then, my background audio is not working. It will work for a few seconds and then stop working. Please advise on how to fix. I tried turning the Nanit off and on by unplugging it. Tried force closing app, removing camera, rebooting phone. Problem still persists.

Background audio
Hi, since the latest App update when I minimise the application to use my phone the background audio does not come through. Background audio is only available now when the app remains open! Can you please advise on how to fix this? Thanks

Audio not working when minimized and popped out
hello, the sound is not working when the video is minimized and popped out. I have checked all the settings and they are correct. See attached screenshot. I have closed all other apps and even turned off and on my phone to ensure that nothing else is getting in the way. Please help

Background audio not working at all
Hi, I just set up a new nanit-pro and haven't been able to hear the background audio at all. I have tried restarting the app, re-installing the app, restarting the iPhone and reseting the device.

Audio stopped working overnight
We just installed our Nanit yesterday and last night, the background audio stopped working while we were sleeping. It also stops when using the Dashboard in the app. How do we solve this? It is the most important feature for us - especially at night.

After App update 3.9.17, sound/audio no longer works on app
Since my Nanit app updated last night to version 3.9.17, there’s no sound coming through to the app. I have turned off my phone, closed the app multiple times and yes I have the sound on - selected as Background Audio. Please advise ASAP, as this is kind of an important feature.

Nanit camera on all day
Do you leave yours on all day or turn off? Does it matter? ive also been noticing my sound while watching or listening on my phone goes in and out because I hear the white noise and it's so annoying
