Does anyone know how to fix sound issues on the monitor and in the app? Or how to resume sleep data?

I'm having SO many issues with my Nanit!

  1. The sound coming out of the Nanit sound machine is all of the sudden about 10% of what it originally was. It's hardly even noticeable anymore and it used to be a great feature that we used often while my son was sleeping. I have no idea how to fix it - I've rebooted, unplugged, and removed/redownloaded the app to no avail.
