Went to bed with background audio on and woke up no sound and saying it was disconnected

Went to bed with background audio on but from midnight to 3 am it says my device was disconnected and there was no monitoring or anything going on. We had a bad storm so our WiFi most likely went out, however I have the cellular setting turned so even without WiFi it will keep the background audio on. Is there
