we bought light and sound and have had problems with it since day one. It won’t connect to Wi-Fi even though the app says it’s connected. I’m trying to set up my sound and light machine. I have followed the prompt to scan the QR code, I have even tried troubleshooting by holding down the two top buttons on the back. The light flashes 3 times both ways but the device won’t connect to the network. I’m using WiFi. What am I doing wrong?

As stated, sound+light machine is failing to update firmware. Currently using version 1.2.7. Device is plugged in and connected to wifi, confirmed with lights on the bottom of the machine.
