Last Thursday afternoon I was testing the Nanit Pro, because that evening it would be the first time to have a babysitter for Astrid. It worked. I also saw a firmware update being done. Later that evening it did not work any more. Still now. No lights works on the device. Also not after a longer press on that button.
my sound will not work on my nanit camera. I tried restarting my phone, deleting and re-downloading the app, unplugging it and plugging it back in, and checked all settings.

I'm trying to install the nanit app on my google home. It appears on the list when selecting 'Works with Google' but says no compatible devices were found in your nanit account, even though the nanit app is working. Are you able to assist? or tell me if its possible to cast the video to my hub?
