I used to get an overnight summary in the lower right hand corner should when baby went to sleep woke up woke up during the night and at what times etc etc. I haven’t seen I in a few days. And it’s always done some days and not others. How does it decide which nights? Can you set it to do it every night?
It says every camera comes with free insights for one year. Where is mine for the new camera (pro+stand) and why is it asking me to pay for insights??
We can no longer control our sound options for the Nanit. The button to play white noise, birds, waves etc is gone completely. White noise was playing last and we now cannot turn that off. Please help ASAP. Brennanrcb

Would it be possible for the baby moving symbol to be on a different colour please? It just would be super handy to see at a glance if the baby is asleep or moving (so instead of the current green). Thanks!

I have 2 nanit cameras now and ever since I got the second, the app has been extremely slow. It just took 3 minutes to turn the light off and put the white noise on, by which time by baby was agitated. It’s little things like this that make a big difference. THis is my second nanit camera. My first is still going strong, however, this one doesn't seem to be working. I have tried disconnecting from power, and wifi and even a reset and my sound no longer works, and neither does the talking part. Please help?
