I unplugged nanit pro camera to plug into travel stand and now it will not power back on. Wi-Fi network is working, camera lights are not or turning on. I’ve done all the reset as advised for troubleshooting and tried plugging into usb-c. Please can you help with next steps ?

My Nanit used to tell us when our baby fell asleep "I fell asleep X minutes ago" but now it just says "Good Evening Mom." Is there a way to turn this feature back on? We don't have premium and never have, it just showed up for us.
