Whenever my husband and I pull up the Nanit app on our phones, we are hearing rain noises play even though nature sounds are turned off on the app and when we go into the nursery it’s silent.
My background audio is just randomly turning off after 1-5 minutes. I’ve checked all of the setting and nothing is different. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there! We purchased our Nanit Pro Complete with floorstand in December 2023 from Nanit. Our box states that it comes with 12 months free of the Insights plan. Our account when activated is only showing 6 months and just expired. Can you please advise? Thank you!
