Hello. We bought a pro and installed the new firmware. Since unboxing and then updating today the nightlight will not turn on. We’ve unplugged the camera turned it off deleted the app and restarted our phones and it isn’t working, on both phones. Bit annoying. Thank you.

hi, just installed the nanit pro cam today on a flex stand. it does not "click" into place and falls when moving the crib when the camera is at an angle. this is very concerning. please help, Thanks. asaf
