Hi! Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I have the Nanit pro baby monitor on a flex stand. It does not "click" or “snap” into place and falls when moving the camera at an angle. This is very concerning as I’m afraid it’s going to fall on my daughter. Can someone please help? Thanks!

I removed myself as owner from the nanit account and now’s when I log back on it’s telling me to set up my cameras. When I did reset my cameras it’s telling me that they are already registered. My wife is currently on my account as owner. How can I access my cameras again?
I will be having a second child and no longer will be using Nanit for older toddler, can I just change the child’s profile to new baby’s name and change the birthday to keep all my older child’s memories on the profile?
