My camera for one day did the “mum picked baby up at this time” or when they fell asleep. It’s never done it before. It was so extremely useful and I would love to use the feature as it would tell me when I’m putting him down , how his nights are going etc. My crib is positioned perfectly with the gap on the left hand side…
I am setting my sons bday to 10/19 however it is displaying as the day after. Why is this happening?
title. Why is cheap camera broken. WiFi button stuck. Randomly losing power. Can’t connect to anything.
Twice in the last 24 hours the nanit has switched on and off again, stopping the white noise and breathing monitor and waking the baby up. Then trying to use the app to get things back running takes forever as it ‘loads’ and buffers. I’m genuinely aghast that a camera that costs this much money fails on such a basic level.…
the white noise stopped working in the middle of the night. No sound will play out of the camera.
I have been dealing with my videos history not working for awhile now. Whenever I go to my event list or video history all it says is “video not available from this time.” I have tried everything and I do not want to pay for the expensive plan if I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Please help.
I just updated the firmware on the Nanit camera and now the speaker is no longer working. There’s no sound for the music and also no sound when I use the microphone. I've already done a hard reset and trying unplugging the camera, it did not fix the issue. I bought the camera over a year ago so I'm outside of warranty! :(
In the past few days, my camera keeps disconnecting. I put my baby down for a nap or bed then open up e app on my phone or iPad and it states, “trying to reconnect your camera.” I then have to go back in and play with it to get it back working (unplug, restart, etc) and it eventually works. However, the next time I go to…
Went to bed with background audio on but from midnight to 3 am it says my device was disconnected and there was no monitoring or anything going on. We had a bad storm so our WiFi most likely went out, however I have the cellular setting turned so even without WiFi it will keep the background audio on. Is there anyway to…
I recently updated my Nanit app and I no longer see baby’s longest stretch when I look at the dashboard stats. Has this amazing feature been removed or is it user error and it’s in a different location?
