just give us the mac address of the device. please.

why would this so hard to troubleshoot and why to you make us use your servers? why ot a local only option?

this was a mistake to buy this.

it is not a good product. because, it doesnt work and you gatekeep the hell out of the product.

would very much welcome being proved wrong.
