Alert feedback
Hello we received our first no breathing alert yesterday. She woke up when the alarm sounded, but I have no way to check whether she was breathing before. I have two questions. We lowered her crib yesterday, and we have a stand mount which cannot be adjusted. could the increased distance have triggered a false alarm? how…

multiple false flags per night, multiple days
Hello, my baby girl is 1 weeks old and we have had MULTIPLE red flag alerts for multiple nights in a row. Every time we race into the nursery to check on her she is breathing fine and asleep. I have read and checked the suggestions for preventing this and have adjusted accordingly. I did catch a thread on here that…

False Alert
Hello, We’ve had the Nanit for almost 6 months. Tonight we got our first alert. It just says “sound detected” on the video description. I’m not even sure there was no breathing detected, or it was a system glitch because it doesn’t say “Red Alert” or anything specific. I reported it as false, and I hope to get answers.…

Breathing band and transitional sleep sack
Hello, My baby has started rolling over, but still has a strong startle reflex. I am looking at some transitional sleep sacks, but want to make sure we can still track our son's breathing. I'm looking at the halo transitional sleep sacks and the amazing baby transitional sleep sacks. Do you have any recommendations? Thank…

False red Alerts
I have had 3 False red alerts today alone, each time i am watching the monitor and her breaths are around 37-38 breaths per minute yet the nanit sets off the red alert! This is extremely stressful because these issues only seemed to pop up today, nanit app insisted that I install an update a day or two ago so i am…

Breathing Band- Red Alert False Alarm Report
I was woken up by a red alert alarm at 1252a this morning. I almost had a heart attack when sprinting to my babies room to find her breathing and moving just fine. Her band was on as instructed, the camera is in the right distance and we have plain sheets on. I am hoping it was just a system glitch and I pray we don’t get…

Will we ever see an "XL" sleep band size?
Our 13 month old is 99th percentile for weight and 93rd percentile for height. He has a healthy belly and the large bands barely hold on without us pre-stretching them quite a bit. Sometimes they pop off over night. The L bands say 3-24 months and up to 30 pounds on them. Can we pleeeease have an XL or an extension piece…

Breathing wear stopped in the middle of the night with no notifications or warning
I have woken up for 2 nights now and noticed that the breathing wear has stopped monitoring my child’s breathing pattern. I received no notifications or warning. This is surprising as if there was a breathing emergency at night i would not have been notified. Anyone else facing this - and any tips to avoid this??

Option for beeping for each breath
We are just on holiday and are putting baby in his cot for naps while we are on the patio. Of course we have all doors locked etc and are a few steps away from our baby but it would be great to have the option to perhaps have a little beep for each breath (we have the monitor running in our ears via headphones) just so we…

Need info before I even consider a purchase.
So, I'm a foster mom and I have kiddo number 39 (autistic & special needs) who has breathing issues and I'm trying my best to keep this little out of the hospital as much as possible. (medical may be free here but the waits are HORRIBLE!) I'm in Canada so, the Lookee isn't sold here and I can't get it shipped over either…

Twins monitoring in same crib
Does twins need to be in separate cribs for Nanit to monitor their breathing. Or can they be set side to side in the same crib?

False Red Alerts
Hi, I just had my 3rd false red alert in exactly 1 week. First last Sunday, then the following day (Monday), and now today, Sunday (7/3/22). These alerts are causing me anxiety. It’s making it where whenever I put her (almost 4 mo baby girl) down for naps/bedtime, I have to keep the app open because I’m so scared if I’m…

What tog is the breathing band classed as?
Just wondered if the breathing band has a tog rating please? Having to factor this in as part of deciding what baby should wear overnight in hot weather, so a tog rating/guidance would be really helpful please so we can follow the safe sleep/tog rating guidance. Thanks

Sleep sack with heart rate band?
I am using the dreamland weighted sleep sack with my little man ( 10 weeks 12lbs). He seems to really like it. My question is can I put the heart rate monitor band on top and it still remain accurate? Thanks!
