Was my red alert false or not?

we have had 2 red alerts in on our Nanit and both times our baby was woken up instantly by the sound so I don’t know how to tell if she actually wasn’t breathing and just got snapped out of it or if it was just a false alarm? We didn’t have any in the first 2 months and now
