Can I move the wall mount cord and cord cover?
We're moving houses in a few days. When I remove our wall mount and cord cover, will I be able to restick the cord cover to a wall in my new house? If not, can I buy another cord cover? Or do you have a recommendation on how to re-stick it to a new wall?

Wall mount can't angle down anymore
Why can't the wall mount angle down any further? I have my smaller crib against the wall and this camera at the wall mount angle captures too much activity zone outside of the minimum threshold. Either let the camera angle down more or allow for zoning to go as small or big as a user needs. The minimum threshold area needs…

Nanit Pro mounting height
Hi all, trying to install today. Installation guide has a very specific (and kind of odd) 66" height from floor to mounting bracket. My crib is set next to a window, and have to go about 2' lower. I'm wondering if that will alter how the camera can assess sleep? I'm not wanting to pair the camera and start the subscription…

Was this built with a sleeping baby in mind?
Hey Nanit community and support, perhaps you can help me out. I am a fan of the product as a whole but I’m puzzled/frustrated with a few items, and hope I’m just misinformed… Why does a product intended to sit over a crib have 4 glowing red lights aiming down at the child in a pitch black room? I understand IR sensors,…

Just got the Nanit Pro with updated floor stand, two questions about the floor stand Android app
Hi all, just received my new Nanit Pro with updated floor stand and have a couple of questions. Firmware version: 6.17.506 In the Android app, is there a way to get the app's UI to be in landscape orientation? I have tried with multiple phones and can't get it to rotate. It just stays in portrait mode.We noticed that the…

Nanit Pro feels hot to touch
Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. When I unclipped from the wall mount, both the camera and the back of the camera that has the connections on it felt very hot. is this normal? Should I be worried? thanks

Nanit Pro (2021) does not turn on
Dear Support, On july 26th I bought a Nanit Pro Smart Baby Monitor & Floor stand using BigAppleBuddy. We bought the Travel pack a few months later. The travel stand was faulty from the start, because the USB-C connection was not stable. The casing of the USB-C fell off after a few uses. The connection did still work and we…
