Our nanit pro seemingly will not stay on, even after changing power sources, cables, and multiple outlets. Reset button is not stuck. The blue light on the top will turn on and start the pairing process, try to authenticate but it doesn't pair and turns off moments later. We have used this nanit for 9 months with no issues, but
