hello Nanit, the audio isn’t working for my device. I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, adjusting the audio settings, checking my internet. Nothing is allowing the sound to come through. What can I do to resolve this problem?

hi! My Nanit has worked wonderfully for the past 2 years and all of a sudden the noise I get through the app sounds like screeching. Everything is much higher pitched and I get a lot of feedback. It started after the last update. Any fixes? Thanks.
My wife and I have two children and we have a Nanit camera on each. It takes 3 clicks to go to the other camera and make it full screen. My night vision seems to be on all the time. The red dots are always on. Just started last night. If I manually turn off night vision the lights go off but if I go back to auto they always stay on.
Can you turn the camera itself on/off? Also I can turn the camera night light on with alexa but not off?
