Nanit Pro Camera Not Powering Up/Not Working

We purchased a Nanit Pro Camera in Nov '22. No major issues until earlier today, when the camera would not turn on at all. Checked the power outlet with other devices, and also checked the Nanit camera itself on our travel stand, and still no lights/powering up. Attempted power cycling a few times, and also a hard reset, but still
