Unable to pair Nanit Plus camera

I bought a 2nd hand Nanit Plus camera and wall mount. I already have a Nanit Plus camera and the cheapest insights plan paired with my Nanit account so this would be a 2nd camera I want to add. I'm using the latest iPhone with Nanit app and attempingm to pair the new camera.

When I plug in the Nanit camera to my powered wall mount, a red ring of lights come on, but the light on the back of the camera never comes on. When I press the Wi-Fi button on the back of the camera when pairing, I get no reaction on the camera. I've tried using the pin to press the
