my nanit is reading 75 degrees. I was just in the room and there is no way it’s that hot. I have a desktop thermometer which is reading 72 and a flair puck reading 71. My heat is currently set to 68. Why is my nanit so off??
I have an Insights plan, I have high speed Starlink internet. The camera was on (obviously given that I have a sound notification). My baby sat up for the first time and I can’t view the video footage. Extremely disappointed in Nanit.
I find that my nanit doesn’t actively show the proper temperature. I have temperature sensors in the room since they control when heat/AC turn on. The difference in temperature is about 10 degrees sometimes which is a lot. Like right now, room is at 71 degrees but Nanit shows 81. There is no way it’s that hot in the room.
we were unable to place the camera in the center of the long side of the crib so we mounted it center of the short side of the crib. It is still 66in high and 6 feet from where baby lays in center of crib. Is this okay? also, in the app the camera is pretty zoomed out and you can see much of the room around the crib. Is…

when we have out daughter in her room and want to monitor the camera and when we go to sleep our phone makes a terrible white noise sound. This has been going for a month or so. Is this something that can be fixed? I see others having the same issue.

my camera’s Wi-Fi button is stuck. I cannot use my camera. It is less than one year-old.
I would like to know what I am missing, suscription is confirmed but I keep seeing that the camera needs to be on a stand in order to work. Which i don't understand as I have my camera on a stand. Appreciate any insights on how to fix this or I'll have to cancel it. Too expensive for it not to work properly.
