Hello, I need urgently the mac address for our NANIT PRO camera. I am trying to set up our my Nanit Pro however due to residential conditions the WiFi is through ask4 Wi-Fi of which I have an account with. Devices are added to the account via the devices Mac/ WiFi address. How do I find this for my Nanit?
hi there, about a month and a half ago my camera started making a permanent static noise and barely detects my son’s voice. It’s incredibly annoying to have the app on to listen for my son bc the static sounds hurt my ears.

my wifi button is stuck and will not pop out to press to connect
I've turned off my camera and unplugged bc baby hasn't arrived yet, but we're getting notifications saying there's noise coming from the crib. Not sure how that's possible, save for error in the app which makes me think all future notifications won't be reliable.
I noticed other people are having this issue too. I’m concerned over the potential fire hazard. It shouldn’t be this hot. It has also stopped working completely.
Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. When I unclipped from the wall mount, both the camera and the back of the camera that has the connections on it felt very hot. is this normal? Should I be worried? thanks
when we have out daughter in her room and want to monitor the camera and when we go to sleep our phone makes a terrible white noise sound. This has been going for a month or so. Is this something that can be fixed? I see others having the same issue.
