My WiFi company needs the MAC address but i dont know where to find it?? They need it in order to keep my app working
has anyone else found it impossible to get hold of the customer service team? I have the nanit pro and it just randomly started making a loud static noise. I have unplugged for 10 minutes, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, plugged the nanit back in and reset the nanit and reconnected it to the app. The noise started immediately as the camera connected.

Hello, I have a Nanit Pro which powers on with the Flexi stand, but not with the floor stand. The floor stand was gifted to me by a friend. Holding the bottom button down for 10-15 seconds does nothing, with no blue light. It's as if the floor stand isn't receiving power. Please help :)
