Similar to this user (https://community.nanit.com/discussion/6008/broken-nanit), our connector broke off, such that our camera won't connect to our stand/charger anymore. How can we find a solve for this? Thank you.
when we have out daughter in her room and want to monitor the camera and when we go to sleep our phone makes a terrible white noise sound. This has been going for a month or so. Is this something that can be fixed? I see others having the same issue.
