White noise or nature noise stopped working suddenly. Microphone and light not working either. Buttons show as working but sound or light do not come out from the device. Otherwise camera is connected and I can hear and see the babies. I tried restarting and resetting camera and app and nothing worked!

My nanit camera has a constant white noise in the audio background. I've rebooted the camera, uninstalled/reinstalled the app while power cycling through the camera, force closed the app, and all firmware is up to date. Not sure what my options are. It's also not registering her sleep.

We received the 5 year bundle today and setup everything but for some reason the 6-month trial subscription for the milestones plan is not activated on the account. It might be due to my wife purchasing the Nanit device on her account and me setting it up with my email. How can we activate this trial?
