Customer Support - Impossible to Reach
I’ve been trying to get on the phone with anyone from support for five days now. This morning I had a video call scheduled at 9:15, but when following the link to begin the call it instructed me to reschedule for 10 because all agents were busy.
Our camera is completely dead, not taking power, and has been for five days. We just unboxed this camera one month ago. Not having the best experience as a new customer.
