After App update 3.9.17, sound/audio no longer works on app
Since my Nanit app updated last night to version 3.9.17, there’s no sound coming through to the app. I have turned off my phone, closed the app multiple times and yes I have the sound on - selected as Background Audio. Please advise ASAP, as this is kind of an important feature.

FEATURE REQUEST: Permanent Zoom
I use the Nanit Pro with the floor stand and it’s too high for the Snoo bassinet. 50% of the screen is not the baby and in order to see her I have to pinch zoom each time. It would be great to be able to permanently set a zoom in the settings that shows up on the split screen and regular views

FEATURE REQUEST: White noise reduction
it would be great if the Nanit could remove background white noise. We use a Hatch and the background noise is quite loud and the sound cuts out occasionally which causes disruption in sleep.

How to get my insights and events working again?
One year was up and I renewed subscription a day after it had ended. I paid for a new subscription starting today and my events are not updating. For example it would Say what time the baby went to bed or for how long she napped etc. however today its Just saying good morning mom or good evening mom. Help!!

What do people use for a display?
I have been solely using my iPhone or iPad for the last year and a half during the evening. I use it on night mode and display brightness is all the way down. I’ve nearly burnt out my iPad display and my phone feels like it’s starting to overheat. This can’t be sustainable… However, since this is app based, I’m not sure…
