I am trying to set up our my Nanit Pro however due to residential conditions the WiFi is through ask4 Wi-Fi of which I have an account with. Devices are added to the account via the devices Mac/ WiFi address. How do I find this for my Nanit?
Around 4 am in the morning, we were awoken by the bird sound that the Nanit pro has and no one turned it. It was turned on by itself. Is this something we should be concern of? How can we prevent it from happening again? So our baby doesn’t wake up became of it
hi there, about a month and a half ago my camera started making a permanent static noise and barely detects my son’s voice. It’s incredibly annoying to have the app on to listen for my son bc the static sounds hurt my ears.

Our daughter’s room has a sloped wall that comes out over her crib (imagine like it’s under a tent). Would the wall mount work if we mounted it on the sloped wall and angled the camera up? Does the wall mount allow you to angle the camera up or down?
